Legal Question in Insurance Law in California

can an attorney help get repairs for a car without insurance

I was involved in an automobile accident on 11/00, my questions is can an attorney help me get my car repaired. it has been 6 months since the accident, is it to late. i tried to go about it myself and end up with nothing. i was told by someone you can still hire an attorney just to help with the repairs, is that true? there is a witness who seen everything and can verify the driver of the other vehicle admitting the accident. the other driver was from a trucking company.i have been so depress because i have to get the money to get my car repair and it is still in the body shop. if there is a possibility i can get my money back for the repair all imformation is greatly appreciated. thanks so much!!!! even if its bad news.

There is no problem with your having tried yourself. You should consult with a local attorney who should be able to help you.
