Legal Question in Insurance Law in California

car accident

Someone hit me and i didn't have insurance on that car at the time. It was his fault 100 percent. He was a drunk driver.

If you were injured you should contact an attorney. If you just had property damage then you should submit your claim to the other driver’s insurance carrier.
