damage to my roof from neighbors tree
My neighbors tree branch crashed into my roof and caused a leak during a heavy rainstorm. Is my neighbor or there insurance co. responsible for the damage? How should I aproach this situation

The insurance co may argue Acts of God unless the tree had termites or clearly was not pruned reasonably
