Need holding in a two year old case
Need current holding in the california case of Amato V. Mercury Insurance Company or a copy of Supreme Court Opinion. Thank you.

Re: Need holding in a two year old case
The court of appeal held that the judgment constituted
the damages for breach of the duty to defend.
(this is the holding of the second case.) Mercury
had to pay off the tort judgment against the insured.
