Legal Question in Insurance Law in California

Insurance Claim Question

I work for an insurance company and we have a claim that is in the grey area of if it is a covered loss or not. Can I get some legal working that states our insurance company is willing to pay for the claim even though there is no coverage.

Re: Insurance Claim Question

Simply indicate in the Release as follows:

That there is an issue as to whether the loss in question is covered under the terms of the policy and this payment of a disputed claim does not confirm coverage nor change, modifiy and amend any of the terms and conditions of the policy under through which payment was issued.
