liability waiver for 501 c3 covering
if my church gives a 501c3 covering to a feeding the homeless ministry who has its own million dollar ins. pol. can we draw up a valid waiver of liability in the Board's Resolution in the Minutes in order to protec tthe church?

You could try to draft a waiver. It would be easier to have the ministry add the church as an additional insured to their policy.
