Legal Question in Insurance Law in California

proper name to file small claims for AAA

They go by so many names and we aren't sure which one to use so it is not rejected

If it's an auto accident, you should be suing the person who drove and/or owned the vehicle -- and not the insurance carrier. In any event, Automobile Club of Southern California would do the trick. They'll answer the complaint with their preferred name.
