Legal Question in Insurance Law in California

I received a summons and need to respond using a legal response form. I don't know where to get the form. I am in CA.

The notion that all you need to defend your lawsuit is some form is a lie. You can get the forms from courtinfo.ca.gov, but for goodness sakes consult a lawyer before you have a go at filling it out.

There are around a dozen different summonses for different purposes and proceedings. You can't even tell which form to pick, or even if there is an appropriate form, without knowing what summons you got and what came with it. If you don't even know that, you REALLY need a lawyer.
