Legal Question in Insurance Law in California

Red Light Runner causes more damage.

Due to a red light runner, I was involved in a 60mph accident involving 3 cars (I was not at fault). Haveing my car for less then 4 months, I was wondering if any work put into it,($2000.00 worth) would/should be involved in the final Insurance reinbursment?

Provided you can prove the work that was put in ($2000.00) with receipts, cancelled cheks, etc. you should be able to get it. Wasn't your car totalled? I'd like to know the brand that withstood 60 MPH accident.

Why were you going 60 mph on a city street? Anyway, if you customized your vehicle and those items were damaged, there's no reason not to add the replacement value of those items to the book value of the car.
