request for dismissal

i have found out through public records that there is a case for me, and it is currently under dismissal with prejudice. What does this mean to me???

When a case is dismissed "with prejudice", in means the case is over and cannot be refiled.

Like he said. Celebrate, the case is over, and they cannot refile the complaint!
