Are we responsible for storage fees for a vehicle that has been wrecked under fu

my husband was involved in an auto accident and we filed our claim with our insurance provider..we do have full coverage and it was not his fault..they are charging us storage fees for two weeks, and i had to call to get the adjuster out to see the truck.....and charging us the first initial tow...after the accident the truck was undriveable..are we responsible for these charges?

It depends on your insurance coverage. If it covers towing/storage, then you should make your insurer cover these costs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for costs incurred. Also, you must "mitigate" your damages (ie: can't leave car stored for months). Get your own insurance company involved A.S.A.P. Call me if you need help. Thanks for your question and good luck.
