Legal Question in Insurance Law in California

warranty

I have a furniture set that I have bought a warranty on and have had to make several claims to the Warranty Co and they have yet to send anyone to look at the furniture and fix it now it is completely unsitable and they are refusing to do anything about it. I have all the documentaion of conversations and letters I have sent/rec. The company stated that they are closing the case do to not taking care of the furnitre but they have NOT ever seen the furniture and I complied with the rules and regulations of the warranty. I want a new furniture set as it has been 6MO since the this all started.

Please Help.

Re: warranty

The warranty is not really insurance, so you need to demand the seller rectify your problem. The warranty you bought does not eliminate the seller's obligations regarding the goods you bought and paid for.

Most sellers will stand behind the products they sell.
