Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California
hello i bought a box of pokemon booster packs(36) in total from ebay, when they arrived to me i found out that they were fake cards and contacted the person that sold them to me, that person owns a card shop in Florida. SO hes selling fake trading cards, is that illegal and can i sue?
