''Contracts''

When Drafting a contract between a Dj\producer\audio engineer\ and a client, for the dj\producer\audio engineer, to provide services for client such as remix, master, or write a song.. what procedures should be followed in drafting the contract..a check list would help to ensure everything is properly included. thank you.
