"Corporate law" often means different things to different people. At the core, it means people who draft leases, sales agreements, and the organizational documents for companies.

While many people give this term a broader interpretation, very few would say that it includes litigation of any kind. You really need to look at someone who does Intellectual Property litigation, or even just patent litigation.

No, it falls under Intellectual Property litigation or Patent litigation. Corporate law generally means the formation and governance of corporations, as well as corporate transactions. It generally is not used to mean litigation.
