Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

what if i was paying a vehicle under somebody name and i don't want to pay it any more can that person take me to court and make me pay it any ways.

As an attorney, I think you posted in the wrong category. Intellectual property does not deal with contract issues involving vehicles. You should re-post your question to an attorney in contracts, etc. to get a direct response to your question.
