I don't know how a familt law question wound up as intellectual property, which is the legal topic dealing with patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets........nevertheless, here it is. I would just say that courts deal with child-custody matters on a case-by-case basis, and if your desire is to have custody, without sharing, so inform the judge and see what happens.
