Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

On Sept 9, 2009, the music video to a song that I composed and also contains my vocal performance, made it broadcast premier on an MTV television channel known as LOGO. I've contacted my performance rights organization (BMI) twice regarding the whereabouts of my royalties. they responded that LOGO never submited a cue sheet to them for airing(s). I watched the show three times here in Los Angeles and video taped it (w/ commercials and all) so, it indeed aired from New York.

No response from LOGO and I am waiting for another reply from BMI. Madonna's video "Celebration", Ciara, R. Kelly and others were also shown in their entirety as well. What do I do next? Royalties were due in March '10. I have the emails that I sent to BMI and LOGO.
