Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

"My writing partner has drawn up a non-disclosure agreement for potential actors, agents, etc. to sign so that we can discuss our story ideas with them. She is using a name de plume and not her legal name in the document, however, my real name is in this document. Does this put me at risk legally?

Unless your writing partner is also an attorney, I would suggest that using a non-attorney to draft a nondisclosure agreement for two partners, one using an assumed name, is too risky from the twin standpoints of (a) being ineffectual to prevent disclosure and (b) presenting an inaccurate legal description or picture of the writing venture, to be worth attempting. On the other hand, I doubt that it puts you "at risk legally" except that it may fail to provide the partnership with the desired protection against unwanted disclosures.
