bias

What can i do if an judge is bias and in favor of the children and family services when they are against me?

Can you give me more information? Why do you think that the judge is biased in favor of CPS? If you give more facts I can give a better answer. These cases are all case by case.

As a general rule, though, to get your kids back you need to demonstrate to the court that you are a safe parent, and that the kids would be safe with you now, becuase you've cleaned up whatever problem led to the dependency. If you follow your case plan, and exhibit some basic remorse and that you've changed and would not do those things you did to get you into the system, CPS has no reason to be in your life.

I am assuming your are talking about Child custody and not support. The best thing to do is play along and jump through the hoops they require you to jump through. Your only other option would be an appeal.
