Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in California

Charged with possession for sales of Marijuana as a Juvinile
Last night I was arrested for possession for sales of marijuana. Police searched me and found 2/8 of an ounce of marijuana and 3 grams of that ammount was bagged out. When I was in the police car on the ride to the station i asked the officer what I was being arrested for and he said ''sale of marijuana'' when he had no proof. When I was enterigated by the police i slipped up and said i was intending to sell the drugs. Is there any way i can say i didn't understand my meranda rights even thopugh I said i did? What can i do to get out of this with the least ammount of charges?

Your best bet is to get diversion or prop 36.
