In general, Childrens Services is responsible for providing your daughter with needed medical attention.Typically, this is paid for by Medi-Cal. Of course, that is usually not as comprehensive as private funding. Most likely, if private funding sources underwrote your daughter's treatment, Medi-Cal would not provide concurrent payment or would demand reimbursement. Good Luck.
