Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in California

I am a minor who recieved a non-traffic citation. The officer misspelled my last name and my address. He also did not make me sign my citation. Is the citation voided?

Errors in the citation are "scrivener's" errors and are probably not significant. As for signing the summons, aka, the citation, you were served with it. Signing it is a mere formality. You should hire a traffic defense attorney to win the best possible outcome.
