I was notified by a woman, that my child was photographed and is now contained in the system of naughty children.

My son is to see a public defender in july.

what questions, should I prepare for him or her?

What are my rights?

Re: minor..

You demanded that your -son- be arrested?? Without any knowledge of the incident or even listening to his side of the story? You couldn't just starve him or leave him in a snowbank to freeze to death? Now you are going to leave him to the public defender instead of hiring a private lawyer to defend him??!? Do you understand that the public defender is for people who want to plead guilty? You do realize that it is possible that with a serious crime on his record he will never be able to get a job, ever??
