Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in California

Is is possible to regain custody of my children after adoption process is complete? I have had my rights terminated but thought I had a friendly relationship with the foster / adoptive parents and was convinced that I would never be kept out of my kids life. but here I am no visitation in six months they disconnected phone number etc. I found out today that there is a new social worker who made the decision for no contact with me because of issues with my children and their recent behavior. My question is after the adoption is final but new worker assigned to them does that give me any kind of opportunity to prove that obviously adoption was a mistake by D.C.F.S and that it would be better for them to be with me. I was told that the behavior was very bad what are my options help please. If this doesn't show drastic change in circumstances I don't know what would. Also I have the ability provide for all of their needs I was homeless at time of detainment. now I have a home and stable healthy environment. my 14 old also told me she wants to be home with me she is not happy there. Part of her issues are bed wetting among others.

`I feel for you, but the case is over, you lost, and neither the adoptive parents nor the DCFS has to do anything for you..

I agree. I also feel badly for you. I see this too frequently. It sounds as if your parental rights have been completely terminated...in a .26 hearing. I have created a POST ADOPTION AGREEMENT here which will enable a bio parent to stay connected with her child being adopted, but even this might have doubtful enforcement protection. Certainly, any parent such as you should consider doing this, but even this is now unreachable for you and your stated circumstances..
