Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I have been at Bevmo for four years and now my manager is only giving me four hours a week. Is that legal? If not what legal action can I take?

If giving you four hours a week is not discrimination the basis of some unlawful classification (race, gender, pregnancy, religion, et cetera), and there is no breach of a contract with your employer promising you more hours for a fixed period of time, then you have no claim against your employer.
