Do I have a case if I had to leave work for a medical leave and was laid off?

If you were laid off because of your med. leave, you may have a case. If you would have been laid off regardless, then you probably don't have a case. If you believe you were laid off because of your med. leave, call an employment law attorney to discuss.

If this was part of a general layoff no. if you were laid off due to medical leave then maybe depending upon other factors
