Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Changing my attorney

Suit has been filed and a portion of a deposition has been taken. I discovered that my attorney has done nothing except file for the suit. He told me there eas too much work and not enought money in it for him. Please advise. I think there IS a case.

Case is unpaid overtime, age discrimination, national origin discrimination, etc.
