Legal Question in Employment Law in California

A co-worker is showing other employees a private (stolen) sex tape of another coworker and using the facilities at work to view it. Is this against the law and is there anything that can be done about it.

That may very well constitute a violation of the law for many reasons, both for the person in the video as well as other employees. There are steps that would have to be taken and questions that need to be asked, such as "does management know about this"? Or does the person in the video know about this? Has anyone complained? How did the coworker get the video? Our office would be happy to talk to you about this situation. Feel free to contact us at (650) 393-4995 and we can get all the relevant information from you to see if there is anything we can do to help.
