Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Eleven years of sabbotage, interferance and harrassment by equal employee.

I was hired in 1994 as Teacher/Director of a State Preschool Program. There are two programs and I was told that the other teacher was my equal, not my boss. All these years she has been trying to get gain an upper hand, first calling herself lead teacher, then ''Director'' over both programs. . She was/is a terrible teacher, neglecting her students to gossips and attempt to boss everyone. She has deeply resented by resistance to her authority and has retaliated by disrupting my class with one problem after another; engaging my assistants and parent voluteers in conversations to the neglect of the childre. She has made my workplace a living hell. She is relentless. She interfers with my students parents. I never come into the class when it is hers, but she constantly is in mine making some kind of disturbance. The final straw the other day, a trusted parent told me that she said she would ''do whatever it took to get rid'' of me. I am sure she is the reason I have been past over for teaching positions I have applied for. Do I have a legal recourse?
