I know an employee's mental health is protected at the workplace, but if it is a safety concern, do you know if that can be breached?

Anyone who has a right to maintain confidential mental health information about another person, whether patient, employee, student or whatever, is not only allowed to but is obligated to disclose that information if failing to do so would lead to death or great bodily harm to another person.
