There are no laws specifically addressing facial piercing in the restaurant industry either permitting or prohibiting it. It is, generally, left to the employer to decide what kind of dress code and appearance it wishes its employees to present to the public, as long as it does not discriminate due to such classifications as religion, sex, medical condition, etc.
