Is it legal when recruiting for a job in Saudi Arabia to advertise in the U.S. specifying that only male applicants need apply?

While gender discrimination in employment is illegal in the US, it is the absolute rule in arab and muslim countries. Their are no 'civil rights' there. The ad is simply advising you of reality to avoid you wasting your time and theirs, as the country probably will not grant visas to females for the advertised job. US companies can not disregard the foreign country rules and visa requirements.
