Race discrimination

I am Hispanic and my supervisor is African American. I worked 7 hours overtime last pay period and I only got paid 3.5 hours overtime. My supervisor is not letting me get any overtime however the receptionist which is also African American can get overtime. Please help

If the company won't pay properly, you can file a claim with the Labor Commisssioner. If you have any actual evidence that this is because of race discrimination, you have grounds to sue. If you think you have such facts, contact me to discuss.
