Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Hi, I was given warning without due process, was done at frontdesk withbguests walking in and out. Memo was for being rude said other frontdesk which I was surprised. I was not given incidents to back up the allegation. 2 for reporting the team lead to the gm. I did not report I just asked the gm if I should stop answering calls from my colleagues when they asked for help as the team leader had asked one to stop calling me for advise. He made see me sign after signing what supposed to be a counselling session I read it was a warning. Since there is no due process I asked procedure to contest the team leader then erased the word warning n wrote counselling session. Tampered doc was put in my work tray not folded not in an envelope. One copy was mistakenly put in one front desk tray. Last 3 days was stressful me being reprimanded at frontdesk while guests come in n out. Then the danger of other employees see my disciplinary action. When I asked procedure to contest team leader said he will change to counselling session not warning coz it's a mistake so I asked for a formal letter saying it's a mistake signed by the management he said only he can sign. It's for my protection thats why I asked. Since I am not getting support from the team lead even with the danger of having another memo for reporting to gm I emailed the gm but no response still. I can't sleep I can't concentrate at work. I feel like being harassed bullied by the team leader with this memo for reason I don't know. He said he appreciates my help but why was I given a memo and on that manner?i have copy of the warning, the tampered counselling session and email trail. Pictures of the memo in my tray not sealed and pic of the memo in one of my colleague's tray.. I need advise please
