I used to work for a lady that owned a preschool, and I was discriminated, wrong paid... So I was wondering what kind of proud would I need to present my case in court

More facts are needed. The company discriminated against you based on which protected class (age, race, gender, religion, pregnancy, med. condition, etc.? (unlawful discrimination has to be based on a protected class) and how was your pay wrong? If you file a lawsuit you have the burden of proof and you will need evidence to prove your claim: witnesses, documents, etc.
