You need to speak to an attorney about this. Your situation is far too complex to handle in a question-and-answer forum. Among other things, we don't have the ability to ask questions and obtain information we think is important to your case. In addition, no attorney is going to give you legal advice in a forum that is not confidential.

You should probably speak to an attorney that has experience in employment matters, and who typically represents employees. Someone with experience in personal injury matters would also be helpful.
