Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

3-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit

my landlord served me with a three-day notice to pay rent or quit. The notice indicates I can pay the rent to him between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. only. Is it legal to give me just one hour a day when the rent can be paid? He knows I am usually at work during that time.

Have someone bring it in if you can't.
