Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

2 years ago my landlord switched laundry rooms on me, my power was turned off recently and the power in there laundry room, used to be my laundry room! turned off too, my neighbor has no power now, my electric bill has doubled in size since the switch,i have been paying for the power of my neighbors family of 6 for 2 years i told my landlord about it he did nothing can i sue him for this.....?

The landlord is supposed to disclose if utilities like electrical power are shared. It sounds to me that your landlord is in violation, and had someone do some fly by night repairs on the electrical. Take a look at Civil Code section 1940.9.
