Aggrement form

Is there a document or form that gives another person the right to live in a dwelling owned by someone else to live there for an unspecified length of time and cannot be evected or thrown out anytime the other tenat living there (who happens to be the son of the owner of property) anytime he wants, even though they are marraied.

Here is what I understand. You want to live in a home that you don't own, without being evicted by your husband, whose father owns the property. Is that correct? And you want this in writing?
