what happens to the tennet if they get an evictoin notice with having a 1 year lease and how long to get out

Re: breaking a lease

If you have a written lease and you haven't missed a rent payment, that will be your defense to an unlawful detainer lawsuit. The trial is usually set within a couple of weeks of the due date of the answer, which in turn is 5 days after service of the summons and complaint. You will have to provide more information for a more specific answer.
