Re: Broken garbage disposal

You haven't given enough facts to answer either of your statements. Also, you haven't asked a question.

The general rule is that landlord is responsible for wear and tear. You are responsible for what you do, as far as damages.

I need to know, especially on the garbage disposal, what was broken and how.

Please resubmit, or e-mail my office with more details, and I'll try to help you.
