Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

In California, my elderly father is being harassed by the mobile park management where he lives and is evicting him with no real cause or notification.
My father has lived in a mobile home park since the 90's and has always been in good standing. A few months ago, he became ill and was hospitalized (to this day). Once the management found out he was vulnerable, they made up a list of "violations" that had to be done immediately, knowing that he would not get the notice, nor was he able to do them. Things like "chop down a tree" "relocate the park power terminal at his expense" "repair a driveway awning" (due to an erosion issue that the park refuses to fix), etc.
I have power of attorney and live in Europe, and I flew out to handle the park's demands. They fought me every step of the way, including blocking the rent payments several times, charging me huge fees for the tree cut, late fees, everything. No problem, I paid everything and finally got them to allow me to pay rent. Things were ok, sort of - besides the constant blocking of the rent. I wanted to fix the awning but I wanted them to fix the erosion issue that caused the problem, first. When I reported them, they blocked my rent payment again and would not speak to me. After two weeks of trying to get in touch with them (park management, on site manager, their attorney, etc.) the attorney finally emailed back saying they served notice and trailer must be out in a few weeks. They apparently served notice into thin air. And timed this perfectly for the holiday season for maximum effect.
I am not able to fly back to handle it, and my father is in danger of losing his home and everything inside.
What can I do?
