Distinctive Ruling
I was issued a letter stating that I am being evicted from my apartment. due to ''harrasment'' on my part of other apartment tenants. At the bottom of this letter or Court document it say's Distinctive Ruilg. WHAT DOES THAT IMPLY OR MEAN?
