I evicted a tennant who left personal property in a storage shed on property. He can't be reached, left no fowarding address & its pass the 18 day period. What are my options to do with this stuff? A lot of it is trash & empty beer cans.

You give notice pursuant to Civil Code section 1983, subdivision (a), unless the tenants were evicted pursuant to a writ of possession, in which case the notice would have been in the notice served by the sheriff.
