Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

filling application for small claims

i am not sure on the information i have as to if all of my case documents for the case iam going to try and getscheduled, if when they ask for 3 copies at the time of filing if all you are presenting in court has to be in each copy.because i have film ,pictures ,ect. and didnt understand if it was just asking for the 3 copies of the application.please clarify. thank you

Just three copies of the application. Bring your exhibits (photos, documents, etc.) with you to the hearing. You will have to show them to the other side before the hearing so they're not caught by surprise. They will have to do likewise.
