Can I give a 30day notice to someone who is renting my bedroom in my house?
He has brougt a dog and his lover and is staying in my house without my permission.

You can evict someone on 30 days notice if that party has not been renting from you for more than 1 year. If the party has been renting for more than 1 year, a 60 day notice is required. Do you have a rental agreement in place?
