mths ago my friend went to stay in another friend's home.

It was foreclosed & auction set. Owner moved out. My friend asked owner for money for work he had done and owner blew. ''How dare you after living rent free!''

Owner sends Spook to order friend to leave. Friend calls police; they come; call owner who says friend was guest but now is trespassing. Police tell owner if he makes citizens arrest they will remove friend from property. Owner does not feel like bothering.

Spook moves into house & continues to harrass friend. He is junk dealer & begins importing junk, incl 2 unregistered vehicles.

House is sold at auction.

Spook continues bringing in junk.

New owner apalled. Thru the RE agent he offers my friend $500 gift to aid in relocation if gone by 7-15. I say tks but what friend needs is a place that will accept him that he can afford on his SSA check.

This am, new owners calls previous owner & threatens UD is both parties are not gone by 5pm 7-15. Previous owner leaves me VM saying friend will be arrested if not gone.
