harrassment

can i sue a landlord for harrasment my wife washes clothes inside apartment its a culture thing and landlord keeps harrassing us about it , and also does not give us any notice when entering apartment and does not do a good job of fixing apartment up.

If the landlord feels the actions of washing cloths inside the apartment puts the property at risk, the landlord may take action to have you cease this action. By washing cloth's indoors I presume you mean that you hang the cloth's indoors or some other action that would cause excessive moisture in the property. If so, the landlord can take action to stop your actions.

If the "system" your wife uses to do the laundry is NOT harming the future interest rights of the landlord at issue, and is not a condition of the rental lease, the landlord is completely out of line here. Further, the landlord has no express or implied authority to enter your dwelling home at will without proper cause, i.e. an emergency.
