Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
How do I kick out unwanted house guests? I can't afford to file eviction papers. These were people that "were" family friends but come to find out they are users and abusers. They have not paid their portion of the discussed amounts to help out with rent and utilities. They have given me only $100 in the two months they have been there. Now they are kicking in my doors to my house because they've never had a key.
